NOTICE OF PROPOSED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, AND PAGA ACTION SETTLEMENT

ATTENTION ALL PERSONS EMPLOYED BY BLUEMERCURY, INC. AS A STORE MANAGER IN CALIFORNIA FROM OCTOBER 20, 2018 TO SEPTEMBER 12, 2023 (“SETTLEMENT CLASS OR “CLASS MEMBERS”):

A class, collective, and PAGA action settlement has been reached between the Parties in the above-captioned lawsuit pending in federal court in San Francisco on behalf of all persons currently and formerly employed by Bluemercury, Inc. (“Defendant”) as a Store Manager in California from October 20, 2018 to September 12, 2023 (the “Settlement Class” or “Class Members”); the Settlement Class does not include persons who submit valid Requests for Exclusion, or who previously settled, released or received awards for claims covered by the Settlement.
